No longer content with quietly tightening their grip through stock portfolios, the oligarchs are openly buying elections and forging public alliances with corrupt politicians.

Meanwhile, our hard-earned tax money fuels endless war and destruction. In Gaza, Ukraine, and Sudan, Libya, Democratic Republic of Congo and elsewhere, people are killed every day – yet instead of pushing for peace, the new NATO Chief, Mark Rutte, tells us to prepare for more war. The profiteers are shameless, expecting us to celebrate Palestinians being allowed back into their open-air prison while they line their pockets with blood money.

And as war rages on, the planet burns. Rising temperatures are setting cities ablaze, and no amount of technological fixes will save us from the crisis we face.
