February 9 marks seven years since our foundation on the same date in 2016, when the movement was officially launched at the Volksbühne theatre in Berlin.
To celebrate the occasion, we have produced a brief video which takes a look back at the journey, from that very first event where DiEM25 co-founders Yanis Varoufakis and Srećko Horvat announced the motives and intentions of the movement that continues to grow stronger, to the various speeches carried out by our team and the initiatives of our members and supporters.
