Our support and solidarity with people demonstrating on the streets in France

In a continent where the Right rules not with the approval of society, but through the quiet acceptance of violence, inequality and injustice as inescapable facts, the passion and determination of the French people to defend their basic rights is an inspiration for progressives everywhere.

We stand with all those who have taken to the streets of France, and call for all democrats to join them in opposition to the ruthless Macron regime and the police brutality through which it rules, with the murder of 17-year old Nahel being the most recent, and brutal, example.
